Too late
In Kakistocracy, like today's India, it's too difficult to talk about rights as such people have no such values. Such people don't like anyone who raise questions. They like mute, mum and blind followers. Those whom they cannot mute, mum easily, they crush them the worst way possible.
So people who are suggesting, raise this kinda questions are wasting time and energy. I have already wasted that beyond my means and resources. Any workplace, which has nothing to talk and engage an employee but personal stuff is not a workplace. They have their own agendas and would work as per them, not the way everyone thinks. Truth is they don't even believe in engaging everyone. Might is right.
Framing cases against me have blunders. Documented blunders. No workplace is able to defend itself against such blunders, only if law had been working in India. That's the reason, they take care of each and every word, I speak and write. And that's the reason, they don't want me to leave India. Leaving India also has coded terms and conditions. They have their own guided routes, where I can work as per their wishes, under their control.
Most important and noticeable thing is I have not raised any personal questions. It was not me who filed case or cases. My rights have been violated this way as well as that way. For years, I had not even clue or idea about whatever was happening. The way most people even till today are struggling to know this system and its working. This is a system where a minute percentage of people work in coded language and create such systems. Naturally, it's mostly these people and their blind followers who get benefits.
