2018 and Control Measures Watch

People apply different control measures to manipulate things in different situations. Are human beings more or less control freaks? The more the control freak means more complex is the person, group, government and society and more difficult to deal. Is not it?

Control measures are also of two types. Soft control measures and hard control measures. Soft control measures revolve around relations. Hard control measures revolve around opposite parties, enemies and wherever people wanna score over their opposites. This year was a close watch over such control measures, freaks and interesting insights. It was also the year of watch and listen more, write and speak less. Blogging also got the taste of this. 

Reflection 2018

What count in relations? Just the time period? The feel of remaining there through ups and down? Some touch of ownness? The feel of care and share? The abrupt rough roller coaster ride? 

Which is more difficult to deal with, personal or professional problems ? 
Or one leads to another? How to define some time period? Probably like this...
Sometimes...
This too shall pass! 
Why you wanna stay still in this job?!
Bullying can lead to some murder?
How to deal ugly, crap, bitchy, bully stuff?

And then the dawn falls..
Look around... Look around... people's problems
Almost same! Just percentage and types differ!
And then you will find almost same behaviour by same people with someone else! Such people are repetitive offenders over the years. It's not about one or two years time period.

Lesson: Love your job, place or hometown institution feel but not as much that it can take a toll on your life. Only after this realization, resigned in 2017 last, joined back after call and verbal assurances. Did anything change? Yes! Look around... ;)

Ease of Working

What differentiate between developing and developed? It maybe in case of some person, relations, personal or professional, any institution, society or country, -- is the ease of working. The best environment propels growth. The worst environment leads to trivial fights and issues. Same applies to persons, relations, institution, any society or country. 

Ease of working environment differs same way, from mere ease of doing business, as index of happiness vs index of mere GDP calculations.

The environment itself reflects the index of ease of working of anything. It would have less conflicts, less fights or time wastage trivial issues. 

Odyssey of Life!

The simple art and craft of life is doing what we love and loving what we do. Adversity enriches us more ways than being rich by money only. Art and craft of simple souls always tries to come at a stage where we feel peace and content at heart. It is not by mere luck that we feel blessed but by continuous efforts in that direction. Life's art and craft is like the art and craft of Molecular Biology's Central Dogma. It also has a protective cover to filter and shield from harmful agents and their effects. A chain of events leading to growth and refined product. That is the odyssey of molecules of life. 

In life change is constant but growth is choice. We come across chain of events and their effects. Our choices determine our growth. Refinement depends on the conditions and situations we come across. The journey is like mirror image isomers with cumulative effects of constitutional and stereoisomers.

In 90s, early 20s, in small cities, only few were considered lucky to be able to wear those so-called boyish cloths. And girls had to beg them from such friends for trips only! Those days :

Life is complex, hard and ugly where there are manipulative games. Same rule applies at personal and professional zone. It is also true about any society or country. The beauty of informed choices is that all rights and duties come along automatically. We do not have to enforce or manipulate anything and vice-versa.

Years back there was a curiosity what the hell were those shadows. Then why? Then what the hell were these repetitive designs and patterns. And then what the hell were these numbers and why? And then came to the point how faulty and ulta-pulta were these numbers! Almost a week back, I was discussing something in the class that what could be next design in this game, based on experiences till now. To some extent have gone through that in last few days! What next?

Love is in The Air

They care, wanna see you happy. But they are too simple people. They can be easily twisted, blackmailed especially emotionally, and can be fooled too easily. They are too simple people to understand the political, commercial and shrewd version of this ugly gamble. They are not much aware about the world beyond their narrow boundaries neither they have the whole information. They are rigid due to conditioning over the years. To fight them is a waste of energy. To convince them a bit difficult task, as they are over conditioned. Their talk and stupidity irritate you to no end as there is no connect between narrowness and open space to new ideas, views and lifestyle. They do not tolerate questions, rarely listen, hear often, rarely understand, not open to direct talk as so much offend them. But keep wondering, how dare they question then? Whenever I find myself in any such zone, where to lose cool is easy -- and I still feel myself a wannabe of that calm, composed and unshakable person. Wonder, if so difficult task?

Interesting World Out There

Earlier, I thought that we fight worst battles within ourselves than outside world. Then realized, the battles are on the road, in the surrounding, and everywhere, you exist. The battle within are only their creation. I almost stopped one after other meeting such people, avoiding such events and places. But how much one can avoid? You will be on road, in market, at near and dear ones places. And you will come across fake dramas.

An elderly not able to park his car in his home properly, just part of dirty game, politics, power.

Some near and dear ones talking indirect, they have been made a part of game over time.

Time and again fake accidents of bike in front of your eyes.

Why it has been made by people so difficult to talk, to meet the concerned people? Why we need to explain our life to any aira-gaira, nathu-kheira? Why we cannot talk or meet concerned people directly whom we wanna meet than the faltu middlemen? Who created these middlemen and why?

These are those kalakaars who act as superintendent/s in exams (Created by them and their own kind of exams), allow cheating as per their whims but harass people beyond their narrow mind limits and warn "Main aisa haal kar deta hoon aadmi idhar ka rahe na udhar ka! and blah, blah" 

How messy people are? Now look at your own created mess. You know how to create mess but do not you know how to solve problems?
