None can be a better teacher than life. We come across every day so many situations and people who teach us something. Surrounding has its impact in various ways. Over the years, analysis says, we thrive well only among our type of people. The more the difference, the less content will be the life and so productivity. One can thrive in the diversity of tolerance. Intolerance will always try to murder the rationality. Only leaders can pave the way and lead next generation of leaders, not the Hitlers! Only parasites can grow in the shadows of dictators or may be grass types can thrive well.
Is not it something strange that an average student thrive so well in the western world but keep on struggling here without much productivity? Environment matters. Surrounding effects. Working style of any institute matters. How seniors lead and how much space they give to their juniors do matter. Most senior faculty and authorities in higher institutes of learning are termites. They are eating every educational institute here. Hitler kinda shadows are trying their best to suffocate the fresh environment. On whatever name, they do not wanna allow to pass the fresh air/ideas. The stinking drains on whatever name, are the most polluted drains. These stinking people are fighting for chairs, for power shares. There is an open show of show-offs, to who's who, so-called mighty, they belong, and know somehow. They do not have any value for words. Fairness is a far cry here.
Celebrate teachers day! Greet each other and tell such a good teacher you are. Remember, most useless "fatitures" and say wow! It is due to these teachers we are what we are today! And where we are today?
On teachers day, a tribute to all those rational who had been killed by stinking, too narrow, intolerant murderers in this region. And a hard slap on the emerging Talibani forces. That is what I have been taught by "my teachers" -- "Be Fearless"!
And that is what I would love to teach my students. Raise your voice against any wrong or any dictator even if that is against me! Stop behaving like slaves. Stop this "culture of chamchas and kadchaas"! Fight for your rights and take care of your duties. Learning or teaching is not just about some fake papers in the form of so-called degrees. It is a life-long process. Be a worthy holder of that.
