Religion and Education

Stupidity or simple excess of some specific type of religious activities have increased to a great extent, in the education system. For Example:

Keep on rolling your eyes. We are in great times! 

Wonder in a diverse society like India, is it any healthy sign? That is also at the University level? And I am not talking about some Sanskrit department.

I remember just after some days of my joining, someone invited me to "Jagran". And I was like Jagran? Sorry, I do not attend such programs. A senior colleague was standing nearby me. She knew me since my Ph.D days and informed that lady in a taunting way, "Nastic hai ye!" 

It is not about Nastic, Astik or some specific religion or traditions. But the diversity. What we are doing to that? Even in families, we are tolerant of this diversity. Are not we? Then why such stupidity, even at the higher education level? 

As per UGC Code, Conduct and Ethics, are we even supposed to do all this? 

Fall And Rise!

Like a kid learns to walk

The game says do not fall into the trap, rise with every entrap. Do not ever try to fit into the way just any aira-gera-nathu-khera tries to make you. Always have your own ways. What I realized in this game at every step, people tried to overpower the other party by using their ways rather than applying their own mind and that is how fallen into their trap after trap. By trying so people do not use their own mind, I call them bhejhe se paidal log. Rather try a befitting reply kinda fitting into someone else shoes. And most of the times someone else shoes do not fit and create problems. On that, they think themselves over-smart. Can you do anything about such people? At least can smile and do whatever you wanna do. 

Fall is easy while the rise is like swimming against the tides. Many times you will come across people who may seem to talk in favour just to provoke, very sweet talkers, in reality distributing poison (personal experiences). 

Do not like politics, politicians and blah, blah. Well, every person is not made for that. It's fine. 

Last but not least: Is there any difference between Congress, BJP, Communists and blah, blah, blah? Saare ak hi thali ke chate-batte hain ;)

Might Or Right?

Some things we do better in the team while some alone. We learn fast and better in team in some aspects while opposite is true in some other. Some things we learn from kids and younger people better while some from experienced ones. 

Since last two years, it's more or less solo learning and working while watching and experiencing how different committees and cases work. When "crafted and drafted cases" are there then to a certain extent solo working works the best as different forces try to take you in different directions. Many times, what's on some people's mind is there as a priority, does not exist even in your scheme of things. Your mind refuses to work certain way. At times rather most of the times, it refuses to work on given directions even so-called official directions, total illegal in nature or more or less a designed language fitting certain way, while exposing their game to the worst. 

For now this much. With time will write more, case by case. Probably need little-bit more time. 

Being Content!

You go through the worst over the years but come out the better, not the bitter. You have your own dreams for your life, not enforced ones. You have your own ways to deal with bad people and bad situations. These ways and situations might not match with the twisted or deranged or greedy minds. But it's OK, if you are content with your life. You have your own ways to deal with difficult people and situations. 

Life is beautiful if we know what to talk, with whom and how and at what point of time. What to avoid, with whom and why. What to accept and what to refuse. There is variety in the world of a rainbow of colours. There are the ones who feel ashamed when they should feel offended, mostly the girls side parents, relatives, well-wishers in this part of the world. There are the ones who lie blatantly even while being at public and responsible posts. They feel like "chinti, zoon masli ja sakti hain like tach, tach". Even when caught publically showing their tekedaari (Link Raaz!), muscle power and money gamble! Such people cannot even understand that everyone in this world does not feel impressed by unnecessary show off of power and money drunkards. 

It's not always about achieving at whatever cost, either by hook or crook, sham, daam, dand, bhed. It's about being at peace and letting people live their lives. 

Conscience, Direction and Perseverance Help

Little things, little steps, lil-bit care, here and there impact more than big talks, big steps and "unnecessary" big projects. Conscience, direction and perseverance help in long run. When you listen to your inner voice in any "noisy enforcement kinda atmosphere" then it may take a toil on your overall life but at the end you gonna feel content as well as more confident. 

In last few years found many times at the crossroad having two, almost opposite direction. As always I listened to my inner voice. In general, I do not invest in people through someone/people especially when it is about personal relation. I do not keep or drag along non-investable or temporary relations. And when it's talk about investment in relations, it's always emotional bonding. I care two hoots about materialistic things at that front. The minimalist lifestyle always attracts. As a rule, I do not allow anyone to take decisions on my behalf. The worst feeling is when you come to know one after other that so and so person or people took decisions on your behalf even without your knowledge! Many such people you never ever met even or know so little! Many people you detest in totality not just dislike, some even literal goons! When at every step you feel offensive and wanna blast but looking at the complexity of situation learn to manage things your way.

This management included ignoring such people or situations, letters, correspondence altogether, even upto the extent of being rude with total silence if they still do not understand. If people do not know their limits, then they must be shown the boundary line. This is learning along time especially in these last two years that official scandals can be managed this way effectively. Rules and regulations in most such cases help. Then there are people who really wanna help and know to great extent whatever the hell is going.

Content Development

Presentation is all that makes a difference. The difference between who we are. What we represent ourselves. What our well wishers, family or friends wanna represent us. And what people with some ulterior motives wanna present. Be a receptive of all appreciation, criticism and commentary to evolve with time and circumstances. 

Finally it's on us what we wanna make with that.

World is Diverse and Beautiful

There is good amidst wrong, bad and ugly. If you see dark around, even then there is light! 

In ugliest times, it can happen only when you would not let people define you in their terms. Your life, your rules and your terms. Sure, those rules should not come under illegality or bullying or torturing anyone. 

In these last few years, I found so many people, whom I used to respect a lot earlier commenting or behaving like "literal goons". To be just judgmental one thing but bullying...!? How to deal? Some of such well behaved people do not even know at times, that they are crossing the line to be called bullies! Need to point!

Tell with clarity that while behaving like that better care about your own image rather than trying to destroy someone else. Some people are not that fragile.

At times better simply ignore. Every barking comment or play does not need a response.

During the same time, I came across some people concerned and caring. How that happens? World is diverse and beautiful.
