What is the name and registration number of the trust or society of Arya Sr. Secondary School?
In which year, it was founded?
Who are the members of this trust or society?
What are the rules and regulations governing this trust? Please provide a copy of all above.
How much property this trust has till now on different members' names? Give a chronology of the assets obtained over the years. It can be in the form of land purchase or building construction or lab or library formation or any vehicle purchased or any other such item.
Give a list of all sources of income of this trust.
How many students or teachers or other supportive staff, schools belonging to this trust or society have?
What is the fee structure or any other income resources of this trust?
What is the salary of teachers and other supportive staff on paper and in reality in your school/s?
What percentage or bonus, dearness allowances etc. teachers and other staff members get from the additional income?
What kind of updation or refresher courses, your school provide to teachers and other staff?
What is the time line, for teachers or staff updation or refresher courses?
How frequently have your teachers or staff members changed your school? What was the duration or reasons for their leaving your school?
Did any teacher, staff or student have any complaints against your school?
What is the criteria of conflict resolution in your school?
Do you listen to the concerned person, if there is any genuine problem or get rid off, because your management feels that person has no power or resources or even knowledge to challenge your school's wrongdoings?
Do you have any complaints regarding encroachment or wrongly taken over any land or property? If yes, what kind of resolution mechanism does your trust provide for that?
In the first place, why such a complaint is there if any, as you are registered a trust or society for the benefit of society, not to exploit vulnerable people. And why should not your registration be cancelled by the concerned authority?
One such verbal complaint was done by me, your younger cousin, Vijay Dangi and you said that you will provide the details of the bank account of that purchase. It did not happen till today. I had to take this route after much wait. You are requested again not just to provide the details of Sunil’s property along with your school but Ajay property also and any such property purchased by any member of this school’s trust or society.
You are requested to provide the following information in the form of print and soft copy via the same email from which you got it about Arya Senior Secondary School, Madina and related trust or society under Right to Information Act (RTI).
In case of print, please stamp and sign it properly on each and every page, along with date and page number. Whatever charges will be for print copies will be given in cash (bill mandatory). In case, you feel there would be charges even for soft copy via email, then please add them also.
