If so, then what about any other party or politician, who is an assest or a liability within the same criteria?

Hoodas?

What kind of liability or assest are these politicians? Academic jobs and politicians as assests or liabities in academics service saving of any employee? And these strange hidden liabities or assests will decide, what someone would get from that saving or what not and when? Like some commissionkhor? 10% commision, 20% commission, 30% commission and so on? Hafta wasooli?

If liability, then all people who got jobs on this coded design in October 2008 must go or out?

And all others also, after that so called edit? 2010, 2012 jobs within the same institute or oragnization? That is UIET and MDU? 

Or this list must be extended outside also, then be it civil or defence? As outsiders are bigger stakeholders or human experimenters and theatre of extreme surveillance abusers? And what is their relation with jobs since 1999?

Start from 2000? Or 2001 "Air" "Force" Design? Or wonder, if Army was there even before that? What someone informed about some army person hostel, Dev Colony? And some joinings or jobs since 1999 to "Army"? Same must be true about Navy or any other field?

It means, all types of jobs are under dubious clouds? As they say even CJI, PM, CM etc.? Even if people have earned them by sincere efforts and hard work and had no idea about any such hidden coded world or fights? But so many knew even then within this circle also, as per their own revealing?

Scheme SFS, what I know about this is Self Financing Scheme (at par with government service) except, "there will be no job in case of non survival of this department". 

Wonder, if that department is still there or nomore? If it's still surviving and doing well or nomore?

And how much outsiders interference in this institute UIET as well as MDU, are responsible for this mess?
